The theme is quite nice, I am very satisfied with the features of the theme, I think this is one of the best commercialized themes for whcms (cloud theme), but there are still some limitations.
The support team is professional, solves problems very quickly, they know what they are doing but the response time is long, with some impatient customers can request a refund, I think the shufy team needs to spend a small amount of profit to add more support team because there will be few customers willing to spend 1/4 of the money to buy more support time. Everything else including the completion and quality is quite good.
