- Defect Drama: Look, if something’s busted, we’re on it. Tell us what’s up and we’ll sort it as fast as humanly possible. Nobody likes annoyances, right?
- 7-Day Free Ride: Try before you buy! You get a whole week to poke around every corner of our products (as long as you’re eyeing a monthly or yearly license). Use that freebie—seriously, test it to avoid headaches later.
- 30-Day License Shuffle: Change your mind? No sweat. Within the first 30 days, you can swap your license (annual or monthly) for any other thing in our shop, one time, no explanation needed. Your new license will keep the same countdown as before. If it’s pricier, pay the extra—if it’s less, we’ll credit you the difference. No cash-back, though. If you keep feeling indecisive, every switch after that is gonna cost you an extra 10% of the new option, plus again, whatever price difference.

Refunds… Kind Of:
- Didn’t vibe with your annual license purchase? Cool, let us know within 30 days and we’ll zap the full amount back to you—but as lifetime credits for your 4Skins account, not money in your bank.
- If you keep using our stuff past 30 days, we’ll count that as “happy customer,” so that’s that—no refunds after that window.
- Open source things? Ah, those are strictly no-take-backs and no swaps. Look before you leap, yeah?

- If we’re building something special for you and it’s not working out, here’s the rundown based on how far things got:
- 100% refund: Project didn’t even get started? Easy, you get all your money back.
- 50% refund: If we’re halfway (or less) done—half the cash heads back to you.
- 25% refund: If you jump ship when we’re 75% (or less) finished, it’s quarter-back time.
